PRAYAAS is a youth-focused road safety and development initiative that combines structured learning, practical experiences, campus engagement and community participation to build safer, more responsible road users.
Designed as a 45-day blended learning journey, PRAYAAS takes road safety beyond awareness—helping young people understand risks, develop practical skills, adopt safer behaviours and become ambassadors for safer roads in their campuses and communities.

Understand the mobility ecosystem, risks and responsibilities
Understand rules, signs, road situations and safe decisions
Understand licensing, legal obligations, insurance and compliance
Develop control, balance, defensive riding and emergency response skills
Experience and understand protective equipment, correct usage and safety practices
Build responsible vehicle ownership and maintenance habits
Practise eco-driving, civic responsibility and responsible road behaviour
Develop communication, teamwork, digital skills and leadership capability
Apply learning, influence others and create opportunities beyond the individual
Their participation in PRAYAAS exposed them to road safety, mobility and the wider two-wheeler ecosystem, inspiring them to explore entrepreneurship. They went on to establish Mechiee Services Private Limited, building “Your Bike, Our Service” — a smart two-wheeler servicing platform
PRAYAAS helped me understand that road safety is not only about following rules, but about responsible behaviour and everyday choices.
The programme changed the way I look at road behaviour. The practical activities made the learning real and relevant to everyday life.
PRAYAAS brings together learning, practical engagement and responsible citizenship in a meaningful way. It gives students an opportunity to understand road safety and take an active role in creating awareness on campus.
The strength of PRAYAAS is its structured approach. Students are not only exposed to information; they are encouraged to observe, participate, reflect and apply what they learn in real-life situations.
PRAYAAS creates a strong bridge between knowledge and action. When young people experience road safety through practical activities, conversations and real-world situations, learning becomes much more meaningful and lasting.
